I think because I HAD to eat a little box of raisins EVERY day at school for a "treat", (my Mom also dosed me with cod liver oil every day, ) that I'm not much on stuff in my cakes or whatever. Don't even think of offering me a Cadbury's Fruit and Nut bar. BLECH!!!

well that's something we have in common....cod liver oil. my mum used to give me a tablespoon every day, no capsules

give me a Cabury's whole nut bar anyday over a fruit and nut one.

I used to have cod liver oil and malt....loved the stuff....
