How do you get billed then?
I pay 7 cents a min with ATT which I dont find bad. I also webcam a lot with the folk back home which is included in the DSL charge, although sometimes picture / sound is off.

I only pay 7 cents per minute which I don't object to but they bill $4 per month for the plan and really odd taxes on it so even if I don't make a call to the UK that month (happens if I am in UK, lol) I get billed about $8 for the plan plus tx. Every month I get billed that $8 for the plan

You will not get billed twice...I've been using the service for several years. It will show on your normal monthly bill...along with all the other calls you make.

There is no monthly or quarterly charge like there is with A T & T and some other provider plans.

Strange I couldn't find it either. Someone posted the link in one of the phone threads some months ago. Anyway...it works...1 1/2 hrs chatting to the UK for approx 4$ is good value IMHO.

I have an MCI International calling card that I bought from Costco; you can phone from home or from your cellphone. I think it cost $30 and gives you 500 minutes? I rarely phone home though, much prefer to use the Web cam (use MSN Messenger).
Naomi.

1010987.com. I used to use them but they kept upping the charges, right now its 53c to connect and 4c a minute plus because it's on your phone bill you pay tax on that. I switched to onesuite and like it. Essentially a calling card but it's only 2.2c a minute with no connection. They have lots of access numbers and you can use pin free dialing. I just use my cell phone, number is on speed dial, just have to dial the number you want to call after that. If you want a referral let me know, you'll get 53c added to your account! Doesn't sound a lot but its almost 25 minutes.

If you want a calling card try Masterbell.com, you can refill them online.
