I call that good policing... she complied with minimum force being used ...
Having been tazered a few times ..believe me all that wailing was a put on.
Its not really a painful experience ..just a lack of control of muscle use .which last a few minutes..
If you need to be tazered come down to Florida and I will demo on you ...

She wasn't presenting any danger to the officers. IMO that was excessive force and a total disregard for another human being.

Amps are how many electrons flow past a certain point per second. Volts is a measure of how much force that each electron is under. Think of water in a hose. A gallon a minute (think amps) just dribbles out if it is under low pressure (think voltage). But if you restrict the end of the hose, letting the pressure build up, the water can have more power (like watts), even though it is still only one gallon a minute. In fact the power can grow enormous as the pressure builds, to the point that a water knife can cut a sheet of glass. In the same manner as the voltage is increased a small amount of current can turn into a lot of watts.

And one more point to clear up...........I may think the police were in the right at the time to shot that guy in London.........but that does not mean I agree with everything they do.........just thought I'd make that point for one or two people..........my point of view changes as facts come in.......I left the board about the London shooting because I believed my hands were being tied.....if I'd carried on posting there and facts came in that there was a cover up....or that things were not as they first seemed.......my views would change........I just thought I'd make that clear...........

The bitch was well out of order and deserved all she got. The Policeman was very polite it was her that had the attitude.
