May I ask how long you had to wait for your interview date email from when your documents were accepted at the NVC? Ours were all accepted on OCT 18 and we are still waiting on an email to give us an appointment - it’s now 2 months later.

This thread is for NON-immigrant E-2 visas. NVC is not involved.

We sent our forms (via post) in august 2021, received confirmation of receipt in October and got our email with the appointment date in late February 2022. Appointment at the embassy was for April 2022. We wanted to let our son finish his GCSEs in June before moving over in late June. All the stress and upset of the previous three years all came down to 10 mins in front of the officer. This was all at the end of the covid nonsense so it might be even quicker now - possibly.
