Assume there may be more to it, only clue I could find was the mention of B2 and previous work in US.

Yes it will but people will still visit. Only reason I don't go down as often is because of the exchange rate. $100 Canadian will now get you around $70 US. With prices now for certain goods in the US being just as high why bother especially hotel prices in some areas. Our prices have also gone up so Canada is not as cheap as it used to be. Now if only those World Cup tickets would go down in price a week around the Dallas area for the game against Croatia is going to be somewhat expensive.
