First series was good, but what I had issues with were the fact that his phone had talk time of 24 hours without needing a charge, he was also able to get reception where ever he was and needed and he never got stuck in traffic.
In real life, about 4 of those episodes would have just been stuck in the car with stop/start traffic

Defiance - looks nice, the backstory seems to work okay. The plots are horribly/hilariously predictable for each episode, I'm about ready to give up on it. It's like a big line of clichés and hack plots.

North America - new nature programme on Discovery
Stunning pictures spoilt by the voice-over - "only the toughest animals survive and that's because they show the spirit that made America great"
I did wonder in the sequence that showed a baby caribou being eaten by wolves if he would suggest that preying on the young and weak is an American trait as well or if only the caribou had been armed...
( yeh, the commentary was that bad )
Had me missing David Attenborough

Anyone catch Behind the Candelabra last night on HBO? I quite enjoyed it...good performances by Michael Douglas, Matt Damon and Rob Lowe. I was surprised it went straight to US TV but it is showing at cinemas in the UK from 7th June.
Edit: Here's the reason why.....Soderbergh said 'We went to everybody in town. They all said it was too gay. And this is after Brokeback Mountain, by the way, which is not as funny as this movie. I was stunned. It made no sense to any of us.'

Longmire, second series started off with a bit of a trippy episode.
Still quite good, with some lovely scenery.
It really is Morse for the West, with the middle of nowhere quiet town and the murder rate

Borgia European version on Netflix-Hokey Smokes! Rumpy Pumpy and torture of the graphic variety!
I rather fancy (being of a certain age) the American actor playing Rodrigo Borgia. He's just one of those manly men types (read non pretty boy)
