Default Re: Super Bowl 2015

i'll go with Seahawks just because they are from the same region as British Columbia.

I won't watch the game though, not a foot ball fan, would watch the commercials, but we don't currently get the US commercials, as the Canadian network that shows it will add their own commercials so they can benefit as well revenue wise. They show the Canadian version on both the US and Canadian network up here, but we do have it on 2 different channels.

I hear in the coming years the government may not allow them to pre-empt the US network anymore.

It is sunny again. Outside broadcasters rejoice.

Unfortunately that little plane dragging the Geico ad keeps flying overhead. Probably buzzing old town scottsdale.

Sounds like deflategate wasn't the major controversy the media had us first believe. Means I can feel a whole lot better about cheering on the Pats!

oh dear I feel like the pariah on my street....a few weeks back one of my lovely neighbours asked what did I think of the Superbowl and I made some smart alek reply. Tonight, the neighbours are all gathered at a party and I wasn't invited. What's worse than watching the Superbowl? Not being invited to the bloody party.......

That's what me and my mate back home were just saying. Both of us thought that was a stupid decision. Shows what we know LOL.

Yes, seems stupid, but they seem to pull these things off again and again.

It feels like anti-sport that they can run the clock down at the end with the other team not able to do a damn thing about it. I say this every time I watch football.
