Homeopathy. It's bad enough that this snake oil exists. Now my cousin just got married and his wife runs some sort of homeopaty business. She keeps posting crap on Facebook about it. It is taking all my will power not to lay into her. I might just have to hide her posts or unfriend her.

It's like religion for people who are otherwise atheists. Makes no sense. "There is no God (true), but spirits are everywhere and inanimate objects have tangible energy which affects shit (WTF)?" Disingenuous as ****, bloody crystal hugging weirdos.

Does Osteopathy receive the same level of ridicule or is it considered mainstream? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osteopathy . Note, it seems like in the US, osteopathy contains more mainstream elements compared to other countries
Osteopathy as practised in Europe and other countries around the world differs greatly in scope and approach from osteopathic medicine in the United States, where a branch of the medical profession called osteopathic physicians is trained and certified to practice all modern medicine. Elsewhere osteopaths are trained only in manual osteopathic treatment, generally to relieve muscular and skeletal conditions

Snow in April....when you've just finished the bag of snow/ice melt on the snow the day before and it snows again in the morning.
Do you just let people fall over for a day, or open a fresh bag that'll go festy and be wasted? :/

Last winter we ran out and needed more after the stores had sold out. This winter I bought extra and we have only used about 1/3 of a bag. You can't win. My daffodils were not impressed with our heavy wet snow on Saturday night, but seem to have perked up today.
