What if they were prescription lenses?

Mine are, I only wear shades when I'm driving though, usually, but can't be bothered to swap them around when popping into the petrol station or what not. I do tend to flip them up and blindly stumble around like a drunk before getting to the front of the queue though

If I'm not wearing my contacts then I wear prescription shades, without them I am blind so I do tend to wear them in the store and out and about if I am going to have to read something, use money/card etc. Even my regular glasses have transition lenses that go very dark outside. I really hate the bright light in my eyes and squinting all the time just aint going to happen.....I have enough wrinkles already

The sequencing of traffic lights and pedestrian crossing signals

It's really quite easy - everyone - cars and pedestrians alike - each get their own turn to go through the lights or cross the street ...

With the brain dead system that seems to exist everywhere in the US making a turn at a busy city intersection is almost impossible.

When the lights are red there is a constant stream of cross traffic and even though many states allow you to make a right turn on red there is never an opportunity to do so. As soon as the lights change to green there is a constant stream of pedestrians crossing the street that you want to turn into - this usually continues until after the lights have changed to red again ...

It's a pain in the arse and eyes get used to one set of frames, so flip flopping glasses really causes a lot of eye strain.

I don't talk to anyone anyway as I'm a miserable sod.

What I like about living here in the desert, and the fact that everything is so spread out, is that for a big chunk of time there are very few pedestrians - it's too fricking hot!!! Mind you as a frequent pedestrian (trying to counter all the sugar & salt in the diet I routinely and by choice subject myself to...) I get ticked off at road users trying to exercise their right to run me down because I'm not carrying a gun...

People who badly airbrush their photos they put on line to get rid of their wrinkles. The more wrinkles they have, the worse it looks. They end up looking like weird dolls.
