I am 100% on board with the annoying laughs.
What gets me are the people that can't relate any kind of anecdote without ending with one of those big loud laughs, even if it wasn't that funny. They always tell the story at normal volume, then "HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAA". Bonus **** off points from me if they elbow you while they do it.

I'm ashamed to say that may slip out of my mouth occasionally...
