Are they all retards? Rhetorical question. First Born regularly gets commendations for her packing (sad really) and longer queues than others because the customers want her packing their bags. I think they get trained before they start at her branch so I don't know why the others seem to cock it up. Her pet peeve is customers who sling everything on the belt regardless of what it is so she's playing hunt the thimble in order to pack it properly.

I always put mine on the belt in the correct order that I want it packed. So it's even more annoying when they still manage to put the lighter stuff on the bottom even though I put the heavier stuff through first.
