The Seige of Jadotville. When you start reading about the events that happened at this time and how the Irish contingent of UN Forces were treated so badly it is amazing WW3 didnt break out.

I have read a lot about this since watching this movie. It really was kept very quiet. I'm glad they finally got the recognition they deserved
I watched it last week. Amazing how it has been kept quite all this time. Speaks volumes to the integrity, or lack there off of Connor Cruise O’Brien. Very good movie.

Ken Burns' The Vietnam War is now on Netflix. I had watched some of it on PBS. I found it incredible. Well worth spending the time watching the whole thing

That is what amazed me. But also the disrespect they were given and the length of time it took to publicly recognize them. They were heros.

Queen Mimi - one of my all time favs. About an elderly homeless woman who takes up residence in a laudrette in LA.

Thanks, I will look for them although if you are watching Netflix in the UK sometimes the streaming is not the same and is not available in the US.

We are watching the 2017 GBBO which is called Season 5 on Netflix now and not PBS.
I actually like the new crew and as much as I liked Mary Berry the new lady Prue Leith seems to make more of her own comments rather than just agree with Mr Hollywood!

Quite intrigued by the "tan" Paul Hollywood has. He is getting quite orange looking. Must have overbaked himself.

I love GBBO! I thought I watched all the seasons, but all the ones I saw had Mary Berry in them. I'll have to specifically look for Season 5.

i was sure i wouldn't like it without the original crew and just kept telling myself to just concentrate on the contestants and the baking. It didn't take long to start giggling at the new guys. So all is well in the world of GBBO. I hope you enjoy it x

Does anyone know if the US Netflix has all the same content as we get in the UK?
I recognise some things mentioned above but not all.
Just wondering if I need to binge watch some of the things I'm part way through before moving over next month?

It's very different to what people in the UK get. Although, there are a fair amount of UK shows on US Netflix.
