I only watch streaming on my computer, anyway. I don't have it hooked up to my TV. Thanks for the tips, though, good to know.

So if you are on a 1 disc at a time plan, you can only stream to one device at a time. If you are on a 3 disc plan, you can stream up to 3 devices concurrently.
Where did you see that? I've always been able to stream 2 devices and was only on the 1 disc package. If you try to connect more than 2 devices you get a message stating you are at your limit and it won't let you connect the 3rd device so if you can connect I'd assume you're OK to do so as they limit it on their end.

It was on TV a couple of weeks ago...but it had already started when we put in on so we didn't watch it. Thanks for reminding me...I've just looked through the films available on TV and it's free. Going to watch it later.

I'm on a plan where I get 8 dvds out at a time (5 adults picking things). Hurricane Irene has their Richmond distribution centre out of power and they haven't sent me anything new all week. I'm hoping they give me some kind of credit for it.

We watched it on TV. It was on HDNet I think on Dish.

I really really enjoyed it, the movie was great and so was the soundtrack. Lots of good 60's music

"Netflix Cracks Down on Sharing: One Stream Per Customer Unless You Pay More"

Netflix streaming customers who happen to share their account with other family members are having a frustrated Labor Day weekend as Netflix completes implementation of strict new limits on the number of concurrent video streams available for viewing....

Seems they are getting strict, and even more poo.

Prices actually look pretty dire to me. And the price differential for HD is ridiculous. Costs provider less than a penny an hour for an SD transmission, and less than a dime/hour for 1080p.

Looks like it was a mistake on Netflix's part;

A mistake? More likely they realized their big PR mistake. That letter published allegedly from Cindy Holland of Netflix if true will be a textbook example why you never trash your customers and expect to get away with it.

Netflix is going to FUP a good thing. It was a win -win for them and us, the better plans are edging closer to the cost of cable. Much more and I'll pull the plug entirely or drop to a basic DVD only plan.

Is there anything else out there like Netflix streaming?

Premium Hulu, but it doesn't have the big movie catalogue.
