The Crew (2008)

Never heard of this till I saw it on Neflix.
Good Brit gangster yarn, set in Liverpool, I am surprised it is not better known.
It is a little long, more like a three-parter edited together (in design rather than quality), there were a few scenes that did not push the story forward. I would recommened this.

Thanks...I'll take a look at it and thank you for posting a link to the info.

Dexter Season 3 Disc One would not play episodes correctly for my son on PS3. After he had a complete tantrum (he's 26!) I ordered a replacement. That did the same thing, went online to find lots of PS3's do the same thing with this disc. Not the sort of thing my little dago camel jockey son's temper can handle. Anyway, it will play on my dvd player, but he doesn't want to watch in my living room, so he will have to try the old PS2.

My daughter said it was rubbish. I've got it on the DVR...I started to watch it the other week but couldn't get into it...probably because I was doing something else at the same time. I'll try to take another look at it.

Now that we have our own place and TV we just reactivated Netflix. Doing streaming only for now because there's plenty to catch up on. I'd already seen most of it, but we've watched a season and a half of Torchwood this weekend. We'll probably watch a few more episodes tonight. I reckon we've already watched more than the $7.99's worth of stuff compared to DVD rentals from physical stores.

Don't know if Rubicon is on Netflix, or if it's been mentioned, but it might be worth a shot, it's a conspiracy type drama...

Just came across "Monday Monday" Only one series on there, I don't know if they made others, but I'm really enjoying it. I've watched two episodes so far.

I've started watching "News Radio". It's pretty good even if the show is so old that the boss has a cell phone the size of a brick.

Oh bugger. Typical, when I like something they don't make any more episodes. I think I must jinx things
