You wrote that with a Sharpie on one of JG's handbags didn't you?
Thanks for the effort though, I'm sure I would have done the same if they were on the east coast.

I got an email a couple of hours ago from Netflix, apolgising for the outage yesterday with a link to click if you attempted and were unable to watch yesterday. The credit will be 3% of the $7.99 monthly fee, so approx 24c, I'm guessing that will add up though if everyone clicks on it.

I didn't try watching anything while there were problems, so they can keep my 24c. I like the gesture though

Yes I got the email, and I applied for the credit. I was quite inconvenienced because I was planning to watch a movie and then had to read a book instead.

Thats the sort of customer service I mentioned way earlier in this thread. Own up to their mistakes (even if you didn't notice them), and offer apology and compensation without being asked. A few other companies (eg COMCAST) could learn a lot from them....

We have Netflix, my young children get the best of it - Angelina Ballerina is played a lot as well as anything to do with trains. I have it streaming through the Wii and also Roku Machine. I get a bit disappointed with new releases and Netflix, I tend to end up renting them on Amazon. They have a great British library though. I watch all the stuff either online or by DVD disc with Judi Dench and the classics. I'm about to watch Edward II tonight.

I just finished watching the HBO movie called "The Special Relationship" about the relationship between Clinton and Blair. I thought it was a good movie that portrayed but Clinton and Blair very well. What do the Brits think about the portrayal of Blair in that movie?

I thought Hillary was portrayed very well also but don't know how well Blairs wife was portrayed since I know very little about her.

I have a DVD coming in the mail today from Netflix, Electric Edwardians. It's an edited version of this BBC documentary. Sounds really good.
