I realize by saying that, I have now just invited a bunch of it upon myself, but given that our karma system here is essentially an upvote-only system, and it matters not what is actually said - bring it on

I used to post on a fringe-science/tin-foil hat type site for larfs as a token voice-of-reason. That site had an actual negative karma option, and I considered it my mission to collect as much of it as I could. Though the positive karma I received from my brothers in arms always outweighed it.
