At the risk of passing TMI, err, I'm there now, and i've tried what you suggest, but unless I develop owl-like properties, there is no way I could see my tramp stamp...if I had one, which I don't.....and along the same lines, nor can I lick my own b$&@s or put my elbow in my ear, although I am quite good at patting my head and rubbing my tummy at the same time, which apparently means I'm going to be joining Harry's Apache squadron and blasting some Tallies....do they have a squadron tat, I wonder.....and if so, where....

As you get older, your skin will loosen up. Eventually you will be able to pull your stamp around front to look at it.

Loose skin? In Houston.....?...now there's a rare sight! We tend to go more for the overstuffed sofa look

I love this one actually... it's unusual and (I think) well done.

Interesting artwork and imagery, but I'm not sure I'd want my bird carrying it around for the rest if her life.

I was thinking the same thing, then I wondered if he meant something different by "in the shïtter", which gave a whole different image.

A tattoo is something that is hard to get rid off once you have it, so you would want it to be exactly right.

Maybe something like this..

I was struggling to see where that one was, then I realized that was a belly button, not an eye....and that's his chest hair, not a fringe....aaaaghhhhh

I really need to un-see that......

If I ever got a tat, I used to say, I'd get open double quote marks on my right wrist and close double quotes on my left wrist and then I'd be able to do REAL "air quotes". Of course, I would have to make sure I specify which side of the close quote the full stop fell, and French would be useless.

Seen that one before, it's lovely but would look odd.
