Where's the belly button?

I'm not a fan of tattoos, but anywhere on a woman's décolletage is generally pretty bad, especially those faux lace/ necklace designs.
Given the distortion and pixelation around the top of the head, together with the apparently missing belly button, I suspect it may be a photoshop.

Shocking.

Who is it though?

Have a close look at the parting at the top of the head, there is a much darker aea there, and I suspect that is the belly button, which has also been inked, looks darker because of the depth of the BB.
