I've never liked candy corn, though it's certainly welcome as a sign of the season.

I DO like caramel Granny Smith apples. :yum:

It could be worse - there are definitely worse accents out there that they could pick up!

It'll be okay. If they live in the UK someday, will they be a novelty?

Aye, I do thanks. As a pagan ritual designed to scare off evil spirits on All Hallows Eve - the night before All Saints Day.

That doesn't excuse snotty little kids knocking on my door wearing Batman and Princess costumes. WTF is scary about THAT? Or college age adults wearing "slutty nurse", or "slutty witch" or "slutty slut" outfits.

Pur-lease. If you want the bejesus scared outta you, go to church instead.

I'm currently expecting our first baby, and my Dad's already making fun of its accent... I'm not sure I dare take them to the UK until they're old enough to take their Grandad in a fight...!

No argument , snowbunny thought it a good idea to come out slinging silly names , should have put some thought into the post rather than rudeness.
It only showed the poster up as a fool , no argument there.

Britain is comprised of England , Scotland , Wales and..where else ?

This year I'm going to say trick to all the kids that come to our house, as I'm curious to see what happens.

Careful....be very careful....if you want your house to look like an Andrex commercial then go ahead

Otherwise I'd just not anser the door.

Thats what I hope to do, even though we've got hundreds and hundreds maybe over a thousand sweets now.
