Oh I miss those days! My Grandad used to bring my sister and I a packet each whenever he visited and we would spend the rest of the afternoon engaged in the following activites:

- open packet
- decide she's got more than me
- decide she's got better colours than me
- steal sister's sweets
- study the colour and letter on the plastic cap
- try to chew the plastic caps instead of the sweets
- throw the tubes and caps at sister
- stamp on tubes to expel caps halfway across the room at Grandad
- have tubes, caps and remaining sweets taken away

Happy days... happy days...

Couldn't agree more - British Isles Shop in Houston sells the Twister Bars - Choccie with creme egg filling - I luv em but hubby thinks the chocolate/filling ratio is off

Candy Corn looks like a long forgotten tooth fairy collection, but would still like to give it a try!

Actually, with corn being one of the staple crops here since the first colonization, I think it kind of goes with the whole Fall "harvest" theme.
they used to have little pumpkins too that tasted like the corn.

Completely agree. I love chocolate, but I can't stomach the texture of the cream..it reminds me of something, well, rather nasty
