The first one was taken at Beverly Beach, the beach just below Devils Punchbowl, the 3rd one is Bandon - OMG quite possibly the most interesting beach I have ever been to, loads and loads of sea stacks and rocks etc...

Funny, I've been through Bandon on a couple of occasions, even stayed there one night, but not seen the beach - I'll make sure I take some time for it next time I am coming through - where did you stay in your RV?

We stayed at Sunset Oceanfront hotel before this trip and our room was beachfront and wonderful!

We camped at the state park at Bandon, Bullards Beach, it is just before you get to Bandon and the beach there is nice but just long and straight. Bandon beach which is in the photo is a bit further round from Bandon old town, and if you are staying in town or just driving through on 101 you wouldn't know it was there... weird hey! LOVED it though!

On the subject of possums ... my dog keeps catching them and proudly walking around with them in his mouth. (To which you can hear me yelling "DROP! DROP! DROP DROP DROP DROP DROP!!")
Luckily I was at a work happy hour the other day when he tried to pick up a raccoon.

We're now wondering where to do our vacation next year. There is a slim chance that one of my best friends will be getting married back in the UK, which means going over there; otherwise, it's likely going to be a road trip to the NPs in Utah.
Of course, we may do both: due to long service I now get 25 vacation days a year*!!!
