Enjoy every minute and look after yourself. Now, since I'm forty, I'm really broody again since my youngest is 10, and I would do it all again tomorrow!!

Congratulations! I found the best thing for sickness was to eat before I was hungry, and not get too tired. Not always viable options but worth a try.
