Umm... They say "AXE" instead ask because their tongue seems to be twisted. Have you observed them when they talking?

Probably a regional thing. Where I'm from in the west country, it's very common for people to say "where's that to?"

Stating that they are wrong, is maybe indicative of where you are in the power structure, if one considers it to be part of dialect, then they are not wrong, just different.

and that could be said for many, many of the expressions, pronunciations, etc, etc here in the US as perceived by many Brits here.

Absolutely, and the only difference, is where on the totem pole you are, I do not mind moaning from the bottom, e,g, one example British English against the dominant American English, I am more uncomfortable about complaining about English variants that the broader culture may consider to be inferior or wrong, when it is just different. I am also sure I have been guilty of it too.

I am not sure about the blue tooth computer thing because we're starting to get too technical for me.
