Hasn't he said in public interview on tv that he does not know who she is? So that is now his legal position? He has gone on the record hasn't he, for want of a better term? What will happen if in 3 weeks time the underwear or pannyhoes isn't that what you americans call them from that night emerge? If there is no compliant filed in those records then he is good. If there is a compliant filed no way he would not know about it. If a complaint turns up in those old records he is either senile dementia or he is lying. We shall see.
