There have been several times when the Trump campaign has released a statement about a story and said it was full of inaccuracies. The journalists have said, ok tell us what's factually incorrect and we'll fix it. Silence.
They have not indicated any factual inaccuracies in relation to this one.

Aren't all American election campaigns fueled by massive amounts of bullshit fed to a population whose naivety is quite remarkable

well, she spoke six months ago - when, of course, Sarandon's main man Bernie was still running against Clinton in the primaries and Trump hadn't yet secured the GOP nomination. I wonder if she'd actually feel the same way if she was asked the same question again, you know, like, today instead of last April?

You think Crooked has had a change?

Sarandon, like many Bernie supporters, was/is a true believer but her politics don't line up with the majority of the citizenry.

Yeah, she's been pretty quiet since then. I just find it amusing that conservatives suddenly want everybody to listen to a liberal socialist movie-star just because she disapproved of Hillary Clinton 6 months ago on a TV interview.

Anybody see the game? Go Broncos.
I was talking to a couple whilst watching the game, he Repub, she Dem, voting came up and they both shook their heads about the choices, now I am pretty sure they will both vote party line but I have yet to personally speak to anyone having a differing view, either I am speaking to a really weird minority or that is the majority.

If that's what you meant, then I would say that is probably pretty much the case. People normally fall back on their go-to positions. It's why Hillary has a better chance of winning but Trump does have a pathway. This election, despite the constant freak show, is probably not going to be too terribly different than previous elections. It will most likely come down to undecided voters and swing states.

A differing view about what? Voting the party line?

Bumper stickers are very thin on the ground.
Is anyone going to bother with the VP debate tonight? I might turn it on if I'm having trouble sleeping.
