I read somewhere (can't remember where) that afterwards Trump said he was going to bring up Bill's **** buddies but decided not to as he didn't want to upset Chelsea. Call me dumb but what has Clinton's husband's private behaviour got to do with the debate?

My definition of a debate is not in line with the little I have seen of this exchange between Clinton and Trump. It seemed more of a playground name calling face off to me.

Trump's people are blabbing it all over the place today though. It is underhanded but they say Hillary is fair game because she allegedly was mean to Monica Lewinsky et al. They've been saying this for quite a while in order to excuse their salacious obsession with Bill's extra marital activities. My reaction to this is the same as the first time it came out ... Since when am I expected to be nice to the woman who is ****ing my husband?

I have actually no idea at all what someone's sexual activity has to do with leading a country or any other post for that matter, unless it is suggested it weakens security. Secrets between the sheets and all that. In which case only single celibate people need apply.

Yes BUT he mentioned it as soon as he walked off the stage ... but didn't have the guts to say it when she could respond. And his surrogates have been doubling down on the whole, "Hillary bullied the mistresses so it's fair-game." I don't think it does him any favors but that's what's going on. If he really cared about Chelsea's feelings, he wouldn't have brought it up at all.

Maybe so. We don't know and it's really none of our business. As a matter of record though, Hillary was very humiliated and often blindsided by Bill's scandals. And, yes, she was often snarky about the women. To me the whole thing smacks of victim blaming and victim shaming and I think a lot of people will feel the same way.

From re-reading his tweet/replies I'd take his findings with a pinch of salt till he releases more of his findings.
I've used Twitters API in the past for my own website (i'm just a hobbyist, but I do know PHP/JSON pretty inside out) and whatever data he's used I'm guessing came from Twitters geolocation (that gives you the users closest major city - if they allow it to be public) as a users originating IP address is well off-limits for obvious reasons. it's pretty inaccurate and easily faked... so open to abuse from people like 4Chan (like others have mentioned).
