Here's one of the few examples when Trump made a good investment. To be fair though even an idiot like Trump knows politicians are always a good investment.

It is nice that the law and order candidate has spent the day campaigning with a convicted murderer.

I'm shocked!

Also shocked that Boiler hasn't popped up to quip something about Hillary in response.

...in a Black Cleveland church - which prompted thoughtful coverage of the event, its context and its ramifications (or not) by Janell Ross in today's Washington Post

Of course it won't be enough for a supermajority which is what is needed these days. Oh and if you look at the Senate map for 2018, it doesn't look good for Democrats.

Senate map in 2018?
I'm worried about the *world* map - should Trump win in November. It's that dire....

i still have a hard time believing the Republican party couldn't come up with one decent candidate. Every last one of them was really badly flawed, to the extent they had no business trying. Soooo glad not to be American right now.

At least we have Justin "Sunny Ways" Trudeau and everything in Canada is now unicorns and rainbows and boy can he give impassioned speeches to other countries about what we as world citizens can and should be doing.
If I was a Chinese business person living in Canada right now I would want to see the fine print in any Extradition Order we may sign with China
