Question is will fox, CNN, and the rest of the media do so too or will they carry on letting him call in and get free coverage without questioning what he says?
Re: Your last paragraph. When Wilmore put the smack down on Morning Joe for being Trump's little bitch, I laughed out loud.

There is a strong correlation between the amount of media coverage and polling. Do not so lightly dismiss the "it was the sun what won it" factor.

The Sun was the most popular newspaper in Britain selling millions of copies across generations. Fox News is watched by a few hundred thousand angry old white people just waiting till the early-bird specials start.

Have you seen the ads on there....all medical stuff for crusties, reverse mortgages, gold and silver investments and boner pills.

Bill O'Reilly typically pulls in a few million households.

In any case, there is a significant proportion of conservatives who really like Fox: Political Polarization & Media Habits | Pew Research Center Those committed followers like the echo chamber effect, and don't trust other sources because they don't tell them what they want to hear.

I actually watch a lot of it just for the lolz. I often wonder whether Hannity gets eaten up inside by the relentless cycnical sneering he practices for hours and hours daily. It must be really hard to maintain such levels of consistent wankiness.

A good mix of BBC, PBS and whatever else you like. I find local news unwatchable and don't even bother with network news.

I quite like Brian Williams and Rachel Maddow's election coverage.
