Donald Trump's candidacy is the gift that keeps on giving: Trump belittles McCain’s war service, sparking stern Republican backlash - The Washington Post
I'm just disappointed that he didn't get in sooner for the sake of entertainment. Rather interesting to see how the other candidates are responding towards the assertion that John McCain is a 'war hero'. |

Seriously though, the irony is that it will probably be Trump's support of universal healthcare that costs him support in the end. |

But is that Universal Healthcare at the State level, a la Romney, or Universal Healthcare at the Federal level, a la Obama? As we all know, the former is good and pure while the latter is pure evil ... despite being the same thing ...
Must say, I didn't know 'the hair' supported it in any flavor - care to post a link? It hasn't got the same sort of coverage as his thoughts on John McCain or Mexicans, but here is one article: http://www.buzzfeed.com/andrewkaczyn...art#.unMDldWW9 |

With all the talk that Trump is a dem plant, I think it's the other way round. Trump is a GOP plant. While we are all laughing at Trump we are forgetting to laugh at the other candidates.

However, it's safer to presume that Trump did this just for the sake of keeping himself in the spotlight and grooming himself for his next TV show, book or whatever else that he has planned. I doubt that he is much concerned about the GOP as a whole; they're just a means to his ends. |

It's hard to know how much of it is an act. To be a celebrity right-winger, it's better to be hyperbolic than reasonable. The kneejerk types are suckers for anger and cheap rhetoric. |
