Sounds like the op is a bigot - and are we allowed to express our generalisations about women?

I had no idea what this thread was about, but now I know.
Gordon has dropped a clanger.
What a clanger eh?
It just goes to show, no matter how much toadying to the public they do to win the public vote, when they are in private it is a totally different matter.
It just shows how little regard he has for the man or woman on the street.
I think he will be kicking the cat all around No 10 right now.

On second thoughts she probably has even less say than the cat.

It was a silly thing for a politician to say with his microphone switched on, but after hearing what the woman said about Eastern Europeans in Rochdale, he was right.

Nothing like a good sexist remark, is there?
Two points.
a) I can assure you that in private all politicians think we are fools and worthless.
b) Women are just as much scum as men. They do vile, unpleasant things all the damn time, we are just supposed to ignore that.

The questions the woman asked were reasonable and certainly not proof that she was bigoted.
However Browns remarks proved that without doubt he is the one who is extremely bigoted and arrogant.

Question from Rochdale "Where are all these Eastern Europeans coming from?"
Gordon should have said "Probably Eastern Europe!"

More than you would want to know.
It's interesting to look at people as animals and justify their behaviour on evolutionary grounds. When you start to do that a whole lot of preconceptions about women go right out of the window.
Some things apply to all people some of the time, and some to some people all of the time.
Plus there's a bell curve to take into consideration.
An example. There is a very sound evolutionary reason for women to target married men. The interesting question then is, why, if there is such a 'sisterhood' and women are such moral creatures, far more so than nasty, brutish men, why exactly would they do that to another woman?????
Again, there's a reason.
