Re: A word a day?
Me cago en la leche... and all the other possibilities. This is the most common phrase I ever used to hear. Literally "I sh*t in the milk (or the salty sea, or the virgin, or God, or just about anything. That in which you "sh*t' on/in is what defines how angry you are (sh*tting on God or the Virgin is only when one is really really mad...usually after dealing with Telefonic or the Ayuntamiento).
Rough translation... Damn it!, or God damn it! |

Hi all!
Here are a couple of tongue twisters to try. Best attempted after a glass or two of glasses of vino! :D I have got a couple more but don't think they will work without Spanish keyboard! All together now! Tres tigres tragaban trigo en un trigal (Three sad tigers where swallowing wheat on a wheatfield) And for my personal favorite! Poquito a poquito Paquito empaca poquitas copitas en pocos paquetes (Little by little Paquito is packing some wine glasses in a few wine boxes) You may mark your scores yourself from 1-10! :D |
