Me cago en la leche... and all the other possibilities. This is the most common phrase I ever used to hear. Literally "I sh*t in the milk (or the salty sea, or the virgin, or God, or just about anything. That in which you "sh*t' on/in is what defines how angry you are (sh*tting on God or the Virgin is only when one is really really mad...usually after dealing with Telefonic or the Ayuntamiento).

Rough translation... Damn it!, or God damn it!

Here are a couple of tongue twisters to try. Best attempted after a glass or two of glasses of vino! :D I have got a couple more but don't think they will work without Spanish keyboard!

You are absolutely right featherbum I did miss the "tristes"! :eek: Many thanks for the correction! :thumbsup: I was actually just testing to make sure you were all paying attention! Pijos [literal meaning= lice]: Usually said with accompanining "Putos pijos"...Los putos pijos estan destrozando el pais....the pijos are destroying the country. Pijos also has a faschist conmnotation...for the 'friends' of the former dictator (pijos are disdained by all, inculding other pijos). F

Fachas- ultra rightists. Los jodidos fachas de Bush se han jodido el mundo....Bush's damn neo-cons have screwed up the world.

Rojatas (ro-hat-as) damn pinko commie lefists

La Hostia/Ostia- literally the host, as in the communion bread/wafer- Used as a curse word to acdentuate an action: Ay'va [I-ba] la ostia Patxi, mi cuñado se mato con una hacha. I'll be god damned patxi, my brother in law killed himself with an axe.. Heard a great deal (especially with the "Ay'va la ostia Patxi" in Pais Vasco.

Chulo/guay(s).... cool or neat- Que chulo/guay son las tias Españolas

Party animal [skull]- Calavera (ka-la-vera)

Tio/Tia -literally aunt/uncle- most commonlu used informally as "guys/gals or chicks/dudes.

Eso me suda la polla- that sweats my dick... I don't give a f**k/damn-I could not care less (in very rude way)

A tomar por culo- Literally that 'it took it up the ass'. Vete a tomar por culo...blow it out your ass; Mi coche se ha ido a tomar por culo...my car got *f**ked up.

Vete a cascarla- go wank. Can also be used to signigy that something has gon awry...mi coche se ha ido a cascarla.

Gypsies: Gitanos.. or in a much more rude/common way: Calorros (ka-lo-rros)

Peluco-watch (in Calorro)
Churumbeles-kids (in Calorro)
Faca- Knife (in Calorro)
Trena- Jail (in Calorro)
Payo/s- white people...(in Calorro)

Chungo- bad... Mi vida esta muy chunga (my life sucks)Pedo...fart, though also used to being drunk/stoned= Que pedo que voy...Damn am I fuc*ed up. Also borracha/merluza/mona/pea.

Carca or Carroza (kar-ka or ka-rro-tha)... a wreck- usually used for old farts like us- Joer...que carroza es mi padre.

Joder (ho-der) or Follar (fo-yar)- very common- literally to f**k.

Vete a la mierda- go to shit... (go to hell...but worse)

Gabachos (Ga-ba-chos)- French people: often said with 'Putos Gabachos de mierda' accentuation to describe how Spanish really feel about the putos gabachos de mierda.

Guiris-Gee-rees) English (or Yanks sometimes).
