SPORTING ESPANA!
Well done Spain this week!
Credit where credit is due.
Jimenez won the French open golf, Nadal Wimbledon now Espana in the World Cup Final and who knows perhaps Alonzo at Silverstone. They have every reason to be proud of of their nations sportsmen.
Secretly tho I am supporting Button at Silverstone.

This is the finest ever Spanish sporting generation. Football, tennis, motorsport, basketball, not the best at golf but better than some. Happy days!

I am supporting The Netherlands. They played a much better quarter final that Spain.

I think that's a provocation or just to llevar la contraria. I don't know why bother living in a country if you can't be bothered to learn the language or feel slightly interested in said country winning the world cup. But anyway, maybe that's just me.

Sorry what are you are on about??? We both speak the language...and some others. Also this is an open forum where any one can express an opinion and where you should not attack by another poster for those views.
PS my wife is Dutch and I have also live in the Netherlands.

Last night was great well done spain. I live in a Spanish n german community , it was like new yr here last night , and tooting down n340. Great seeing young kids n adults flying there there flag and people cheering them on. In the uk you get told take flags down because it mit upset someone. Can't wait till sunday.
