I just assumed that as I'm on the "Max" package you get whatever they can shove up the line to you, suits me fine.. costs must be in line with what you pay in the UK now I expect

I'm on the max package you can get in my area of the UK, £30 per month for 10Mb line, this is what I actually get......
As you can see its nowhere near what is promised and sold to us customers!
