The vodaphone contract I have taken is for €39.90 + iva maximum speed ( supposedly 10mb on my line ) service with the dongle being free for use in case of line failure.
It can be used away from home at a cost of €2.90 + iva /day. I will take it with me when traveling for use in areas that have no free wifi or hotels that charge more than €2.90 for wifi

Telefonica are upgrading peeps with 6m and 10m.
but it is upload speeds only...
6Mb/320kb will become 6Mb/640kb and
10Mb/320kb will become 10Mb/800kb

That's good!
Something makes Skype a bit one-directional, we can hear the other party but they can't hear us very well. I have often wondered whether it was to do with slower upload speed.

So if that was the case, with those speeds they would hear us before we spoke
We use phone to phone though, free with just a 5 cent connection charge through Voipcheap.
