You can see this sword in the movie " Gladiator "

I don't know any Spanish who denied anything about it, but neither admitted something about this, why should admit it? To me, scientifically never nobody has told me in what I am a " moorish "...Do you know it? Because there are Spanish with black or brown eyes and/or black hair (it is not my case) they are moorish? The French are moors? The Italians are moorish? The Greeks are moorish? The rest of Europe with these traits, they are moorish? These british, they are moorish? Then, according to your approach, half of Europe is moorish

Maybe,
The fact is that but for the Moors bringing with them all their knowledge and know-how, the Spanish might well still be living in caves,.... though I suppose a few of them still do.

Strange that when the Moors were driven out or on the point of leaving the Spanish insisted that one Moorish family remain behind in each of many villages, because without them they didn't have a clue with regard to agriculture and many other important aspects of every day living.

Yes, Cordoba was the capital of knowledge when London was a yard of chickens, I knew that. But I don't say it, surprisingly I listened to it to say of a British historian

I did not know that we lived in caves, before the arrival of the Muslims. I am very surprised with you. So Surprised, that you don't know that is not here urged defeated muslims to stay. They were told that if they wanted to stay, were to convert to Christianity, then is not what you says

At the time of the Treaty of Utrecht no country had territorial waters, that is why there is no mention in the Treaty

In those days if someone came too close to your coast in a hostile manner they received a cannon ball.

Spain refuses to accept the UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA only in respect of Gibraltar

4) The Gibraltarians always are british while they are considered as tax haven.
What do you mean by Tax Haven?

Are you referring to Bank Deposits from dodgy sources like Spanish Mayors?

Gibraltar is deemed to be part of the UK for the purposes of the EU Savings Directive and thus will exchange information with other EU countries such as Spain and the UK.

Or are you referring to Gibraltars claim to be VAT / IVA free which it is,however it does have the old fashioned Import Duty.

http://www.gibraltarlaws.gov.gi/articles/2003s057.pdf

I can buy items Duty Free in Spain such as cars, does that make Spain a Tax Haven?

"The Catholic King, does for Himself, His Heirs and Successors yield to the Crown of Great Britain the full and entire property of the City and Castle of Gibraltar together with the port, defences and fortifications belonging thereto. And he give up the said property to be held and enjoyed absolutely with all manners of right for ever without any exception or impediment whatsoever"
Spain says that it is only observing the Treaty of Utrecht (funny how it refers to the treaty when it wants to).
'Estamos defendiendo una legalidad marcada por el Tratado de Utrecht sobre unas aguas que corresponden al Estado español', said Spain's vice-president yesterday.
The same treaty, splendid document that it no doubt is, also stipulates that neither Jews nor Muslims may sleep overnight in Gibraltar.
I wonder if they still insist on that particular rule...?

Didnt the Chinese Emperor say something similar about ceding to Queen Victoria and her descendents in perpetuity about Hong Kong
Didnt the Chinese Emperor say something similar when ceding to Queen Victoria and her descendents in perpetuity Kowloon North of Boundary Street and Stonecutters Island.

or as Sean Connery said "Never Say Never...."

Spain cannot go to United Nations Convention Of The Law Of The Sea, because going to that place is like to recognize that Gibraltar is a country, and Gibraltar is not a country, is a colony. It is evidently that this is a trap of Gibraltar

Diego Garcia is a complicated one, when we originally purchased it from Mauritius the deal was that we took it on uninhabited, Mauritius agreed to it unconditionally and you also have to remember the islands were completely uninhabited before the 18th century but yeah, I agree, what we AND the Americans did was beyond unacceptable.
