Once you have expat shield working you shuld able to connect to iplayer to watch your selected/chosen progam. if the shield is not working iplayer will tell you that it is not available outside of the uk. Another thing you can do before and after downloading expat shield is to check what your ISP address is. Google 'what is my isp address?' to find how to do that. Good luck
