I don't do facebook Ellis
However I have seen elsewhere that Fabian Picardo has stated at the UN that during the 7 years of Spain's PP government Gibraltar has suffer the worst sanctions and restrictions since the frontier reopened in 1982

I can't see Pedro Sanchez being in charge for too long.Granting the illegal migrants on the ship refused entry by Malta & Italy,a safe haven in Valencia was likely a grand gesture which could back fire. The Spanish people are just starting to feel there is a light at the end of a very long tunnel for themselves. Will they think they have enough under their belts to take in so many from poor African countries? We shall see.

That private Member's Bill rescheduled to 19 June will,I suspect, be re-re scheduled.Remember we ex-pats.who lost our vote were promised it would be reinstated at "the next G.E." That also was deemed as "having no time ".When push comes to shove, unfortunately I think the Gibraltarians will be sold down the Gib.Strait.

P.S. Gib's population is near 34,000 and the UK has 100,000 people per MP

The Spanish Foreign Ministry, during the leadership of Jose Manuel Garcia Margallo, vetoed a deal which would have allowed Gibraltarians to donate organs in Spain, the Chief Minister has told Cadena Ser.
Earlier this year, the GHA signed a deal with the NHS which allows Gibraltarian donors to provide the UK with their organs. On Thursday's programme, Fabian Picardo revealed that because of the closer proximity of Spain, it would have been much more practical to have an arrangement there. He went on to say that, although the Spanish Health Ministry approved the arrangements, the Foreign Ministry, under Mr Margallo, vetoed the deal.
