My definition varies from yours.

Are you claiming that the Governor of Gibraltar is not a diplomat or that the UK government doesn't have a clue on procedures?

Governor of Gibraltar - Gibraltar Timeline

My link does not confirm that the UK acknowledged any such thing

It was Noticias Gibraltar, a Spanish website that claimed it not the UK

I will agree that this subject has gone on far too long ( Due to the ignorace and fact twisting of certain posters )

A diplomatic bag can be sent by land sea or air

It is correspondence between any diplomatic sources and or the government or home country

It is protected by international agreements

My brother sent a carved wooden elephant the size of a coffee table from Bandladesh to the UK by Diplomatic bag quite legitmatlly

Question for members interacting with this thread. Are any of you receiving a warning that the website is not secure due to something to do with there being issues with the Panorama site?

Everytime I go onto this thread Avast puts up a warning.

Thanks for your response. Now read the avast warning properly, it says:-

Avast has blocked access to gibraltar panorama because one of the issuers of the serer certificate has expired.

It might be better to post the link to avoid falling foul of copyright laws:

Spain’s airport move raises eyebrows in Brussels

6th March 2023The European Union, it appears, is getting frustrated with Spain’s position in the negotiation for a treaty on the Rock’s post-Brexit relationship with the bloc.
The root of that frustration, if recent public statements and a report at the weekend in Spanish newspaper El Mundo are anything to go by, is Madrid’s attempt to include new issues into the talks that go beyond what was agreed in the New Year’s Eve framework agreement.

Gibraltar prevented from flying flag at Spanish ECL event

JAMES COYNE: Lathbury Lightning, Gibraltar's representatives at the 2023 European Cricket League, have been told they are not permitted to fly the flag of the British Overseas Territory, on the orders of the Spanish ministry of sports

The flag ban extends to the TV coverage: unlike all the other clubs involved, whose national flags appear on the TV graphics, the Gibraltar flag does not appear next to Lathbury's name in broadcasts. The Gibraltar flag does appear on the tournament's official website.
