At the airport now, security just took my hair gel, and various other bits as they were all over 100ml!!!

Couldnt resist popping on the internet, waiting is so boring, plane flys at 10.30am, I havent been to bed yet so look like a zombie.

Can anyone recommend where to get euros? I just asked at the desk and they said they its 1.37!!! Im pretty sure thats awful!

Geeze keri 1.37 is bad! But thats airport rates for you. I think im just going to stick my card in a cash machine when i get there and draw out that way, I think you get charged like £1.50 for the transaction but the rate is pretty good.

Keri as I am sat here at work now with 5 days to go till I go, you have no idea how much I envy you right now. I know that on Monday at this time i'll be doing exactly the same thing you are, sat at the airport waiting to get on a plane. But whilst sat here at work bored, Monday feels so far away right now.

Nationwide do not charge for drawing cash abroad. You will need to open a flex account and the rate will be equivalent to the commercial rate.

I get oiff the plane in Girona and the weather is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! So Im kinda lost in the moment. I go to the lady who runs the busses and such, she tells me, 30 mins and I can go to Llloret De Mar.

Then I get chatting to a lovely elderly couple who tell me all about their life and how they love Spain, we talk about the probs in the UK at the moment etc.

I totally forget about my bag in the locker of the coach So now all my clothes and everything are driving around Spain in some random coach and I have to wait until 3.45pm until the lady comes back to ring around and see if the coach will be back in lloret this evening Aw man, Im so stupid at times. But I stilll have my wallet and all that, so Im not too bothered, but I would like to change my clothes now!

I tell you what tho, life is a little bugger sometimes, it likes to trip me up a bit Im having a lot of fun already!
