Not enough, I'd say Chris. Could be time for you to pop out to fill the tank at the local 'station'?

We are buying at the top of the site, known as Guadiana Vistas. Our builders Teos are progressing well although it is fair to report that in the short term they now only intend to build about 20 of the 60 properties that had originally planned.

Not a big deal to us ...the properties they are building, are looking good, and we will have more space than expected, and less people overlooking us in the short term.

As I understand it the builders have to complete the infrastructure, roads, paths, lighting etc so whilst not ideal it isn't a disaster. Whilst we were visiting last week we noticed that work on Ayad Villas was progressing and Vistas Hermosa appears to be virtually complete.

Anybody know who is building the hotel at the very top of site at the back on the left hand side .....shell virtually built, but all work seems to have stopped .....is this another Fadesa hotel?

Just think that patience is required

There is only one hotel that has started on the site and that is near the entrance beside the golf club. This was a partnership between Fadesa and Barcelo. Barcelo pulled out and all work stopped. The other two hotels were changed into aparthotels before Fadesa's problems but no move has ever been made on these and they may never get started. What I think you are referring to is the Tasa site which does seem to be stopped. As I said earlier work is still going on on a number of the smaller developments one right at the top of golf 2 looks quite smart and nearly finished.

Dear Esurians and those of the Huelva region.

Back on to topic please....the famous Esuri and Spanish Forum helping hand!

I wont go into the detail of why I need this information pretty sharpish other than to say it has to do with Fadesa.

Can someone or lots of people please PM me with the local costs for installation and testing of Aircon units for a 2 bed apartment, and the rough costs for purchasing (IVA included) Fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher (not Mrs Reptonian - or Mr Reptonian for that matter!).

Yours hopefully,

Jonathan

This is why it is best to post lots of threads instead of putting it all on one.

You could of just done a search on "aircon in CE" and one on "white goods in CE" and had the info already.

thanks JDR, I did just that. It picked up the whole of Esuri Pt IV - Sue's and SAM's old thread, and Part III, but how do you get to the actual posts? I clicked everything, but all it did was go to the first entry.

The point is that despite endless pleas, cajoling and downright threatening (!!!!), the people who use this THREAD have always tried to use it as a FORUM. On a forum, as I'm sure you well know, there are numerous threads listed by precise topic. Within the Esuri thread, this is impossible as it is NOT a forum. So, when a question lie yours comes up, it is very difficult to find previous advice given quickly. Had these Esuro posters realised that this is in fact a wide ranging forum the would have started threads on different subjects individually instead of lumping them all here meaning that you - or more importantly a new visitor - seeking specific information could find it quickly.

But hey ho! You can take a horse to water......

I just put in the title as in the link and it all showed, but it is too big to scan through and has no order of subjects included, this is the last post where Sue makes part 4.
On here you can`t do a search and post the link cos it only shows on the searchers PC.

Click on Sues link for part 4. and on first post of that to get back to 3

How do you get to the actual posts?
Well, when you get to the different threads part (having "searched this forum"), you'll have to decide which one to try first (the most recent, IMO). Open the thread, then click on the "search this thread" option with key words "air con", or "white goods" and it should list the specific posts. You'll then need to trawl your way through as many posts have these words in them (so, make your key word search brief - you know already that you are the CE thread).
Hope it helps,
Carol

It will be quicker to go on line on one of the local stores and suppliers and get the prices from there.
