That said, I'm not sure how many on Esuri fall into the group mentioned in the link - I imangine that there are a lot that would like to be, but the number of people who actually fit this bill I'm not sure would be that high. There are people who want out of what is a perfectly fine contract because they fear they have made a bad investment and in one case they don't like the view - the golf course is not green enough (I kid you not!!!!!)
I thought it was because the river was not blue enough!

Bitter, absolutely not. Smug and absolutely loving the mess that was predicted by many but ignored by .... well, contributors on this thread.... oh yes!!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much fun!!!!!

But of course, you will not have it. So, yes....Esuri was an investment from heaven, yes it was ALWAYS a viable project, yes your money is safe and yes it is so much healthier to live in a Brit Ghetto and convince yourself you are in real Spain than to maybe try living in real Spain.

I've had had it wrong all this time

I thought we weren't supposed to post negative posts in this forum....er..thread. They usually get buried in "fancy a round of Golf" "how good a certain restaurant is" etc.

But we all have to learn.
It`s a shame you lot didn`t a few years back when you were warned about life in Spain and the risks, instead of saying " Oh no that can`t possibly happen , my solicitor said so "

Im not bitter or smug i genuinely feel for anybody caught up in the Esuri situation and i think that some of Forts predictions have come to pass, but if you are able ,have a look at Ayamonte-costa esuri Pt IV thread post No 1014 where the above mentioned says he is not a WUM (wind up merchant).I wonder how ones own personal circumstances and situations changes ones outlook.
