Yes have used Angus who sort the cheapest hire for you. You meet the rep just outside the arrivals door or just a bit futher down just past the Huelva info desk are a few counters for non on airport hire'ers the cars are usually in car park 4 and after you complete the paperwork you just walk across to the right bay and off you go. Best of all you return to car park 4 which beats the big names who usually want you to drop off at their depot and catch their bus.

You could always try finding a supplier of skyhooks.

the hardwear shop near the market sells them but is out of stock at the moment

it was mentioned on this site some 18 months ago that the bridge into portugal was to become a toll.. i can now report that the new booths have arrived and are being erected on the border on the portugal side.....apparently you can travel from portugal into spain free, but have to pay to enter portugal, rumor has it, its going to be 7 euros for a car.

Hope the rumour about the €7 is wrong otherwise it's going to add a bit to the restaurant bill everytime we go for dinner over there!!

Perhaps it was the same gang that got into Marina Esuri a week ago and burgled an apartment in broad daylight.

Hi Gary

We used Angus once. The price quoted was cheapest; but when we got to Faro we had to pay extra to take the car into Spain.
