Was that really worth your 6th post? You should come out of the shadows more, participate.
What about the locals in all this?? Your little gulag put massive pressure on the local market. Young people hoping to get on the ladder were effed. Thankfully that is being redressed as last year's experimental programme of cheap housing has been extended - but this time on a grand scale. So you were not part of the problem then? You presumably commuted to Spain everyday from Wales. |

But continues to comment in terms intended to provoke a reaction.....he has really had nothing positive to say about CE....yes the owners may have with the benefit of hindsight have bought into something that will take time to develop. We are aware of the situation....and the continued negative sentiment he provides is just that. The sentiment he provides will change and influence nothing. Unless I am mistaken he holds no office that is in a position of power to influence change on CE for the better. He is like most of us just a bystander.....but without the risk or benefit of ownership on CE. Whilst he is free to make comment as he likes...as I say don't bite. There is always somebody at the head of the que to say I told you so....however rarely are these people true participents. |

I did not arrive here with my savings in my pocket thinking that my money would talk. I worked my way through to a place where I am pretty comfortable. Still, who am I? You know best! |

He's hard to figure out.
Sometimes he provides useful insight. But he does seem to get pleasure from lighting the touch paper and standing back and watching us all rush to respond. Just look thro the vitriol, ignore his apparent jealousy driven p**s taking comments, give him a few home truths and he goes away to lick his wounded Welsh pride and to reappear in another local rag. |

Jur as you are a (commission-based) employee of said product along with your wife, I'm not sure you come from a position of impartiality. And don´t be bitter about a bigger fish eating the smaller one, I think that the Costa de la Luz Resident newspaper will bring at last a long craved for professional service to the area of Ayamonte, Huelva, Sevilla ánd Cadiz. Out with the "cowboys" ! Why don´t you put a classified in ? They´re free in the March edition snip, snip Fred |
Re: COSTA ESURI - AYAMONTE
Just a quick question for those in the know. I know the parade is on Sunday about 4pm but what night, time and place is the dressing up for the adults next week. I am guessing its on a school night which means I will have to be at home with the kids:thumbdown:

Re: COSTA ESURI - AYAMONTE
Jdr, I can`t get my kids up for school after 10 hrs sleep, what chance have they after less!! I suppose I can do the Spanish way and not send them to school the next day;) But at this rate they will be missing a lot of school and they already have a day off next week and I don`t have the extended family members to take care of them while I party:rofl:

Re: COSTA ESURI - AYAMONTE
The irony is if people in Costa Esuri had listened to the people like Forte who posted on here a few years ago warning what may happen as it is Spain, instead of saying "that won`t happen here, my agent and solicitor said so" they probably wouldn`t be in the position they are now.
