Hi Sue,
Could I bring an umbrella?

Carol[/QUOTE]

Hi Carol,

yes there are some people who take umbrellas held upside down to catch the sweeties, have you got a sweet tooth then?

Hi Gold Girl,

Guildford eh? my next of the woods!

SB Property Services can be contacted here: http://www.sbpropertyservices.com/

For your information the owners are personal friends of mine and I would trust them with anything as they are genuinely lovely people and extremely professional at what they do.

Hope this helps.

I am in the process of buying a property at Albatros Golf - phase 2 due to be ready soon apparently. I'd be really interested in hearing from anyone and their experience of phase 1 or even 2. I am also visiting spain to see where everything is up to the weekend of the 11th October and would really like to meet up with anyone to get info, latest happenings, things I need to be aware of, etc, etc

Sounds like shortly I'll be needing someone to do a snagging report for me. I've seen on the forum SB property Services and Pauline and Arthur Nolan recommended. If someone could mail me their details I would be very grateful. Or if there are further recommendations that would be great.
I've got loads of other questions but I'm going to read through the posts first.
Many thanks,
Paulette

My parents in law went for a trip with the Riosul company and had a lovely time. They found the food served in the restaurant in Foz de Odeleite also very good.

For property cleaning services, etc. Have a look at www.sucasacleans.com.

Another interesting site for the area is www.playasdelaluz.com, you can find a directory with places of interest, companies & shops. Also they feuture a virtual tour of 18 towns in the Huelva province, in 3D.

God thats bad...

A woman goes into an antique shop and says to the owner, "when I was in here last week I saw a big mug with a flat head that holds a lot of beer. I'd like to buy it."
"Sorry," replied the owner, but I can't sell you that."
"Why not asked the customer?"
"Because that's Betris."

here's a tip how to make money in these troubled times...

I asked an old rich man how he made his money.

The old guy fingered his worsted wool vest and said, "Well, son, it was 1932. The depth of the Great Depression. I was down to my last nickel."

"I invested that nickel in an apple. I spent the entire day polishing the apple and, at the end of the day, I sold the apple for ten cents."

"The next morning, I invested those ten cents in two apples. I spent the entire day polishing them and sold them at 5:00 pm for 20 cents. I continued this system for a month, by the end of which I'd accumulated a fortune of $1.37."

"Then my wife's father died and left us two million dollars."

Hola,
Has anyone tested the indoor pool in Ayamonte town?
I've read that it opened on the 17th September.
