Re: COSTA ESURI - AYAMONTE
Hi
Could someone tell me wher exactly the "Leptis" shop is? - I have a mental block at the moment. Also - out in CE on 6th Oct for a week or so - anyone who wants to meet up over a cold one - drop us a PM Cheers:D |
Re: COSTA ESURI - AYAMONTE
The last time someone sunk to this level was a few years ago when I posted some truths about IC a few years ago and so claimed Loco the Lepero was mad, needed mental health treatment and was going to be sued by IC for telling such "outgageous lies" about them.
LOL it is a matter of fact everything I posted was true and soon after their post they suddenly stopped calling themselves IC UK and Pryconsa the real owners of IC denied all of their claims. Best Loco Proud to be an Honorary Lepero . The someone was of course [QUOTE=GerryW;6808411]

Enough is Enough Gerry!
Anyone can review our posts and make their own judgement. Frankly it is clear: Yours are very seriously flawed and you often belittle others or claim knowadge about the Corporate Markets you just don't have to support your claims. Mine are spot on. Feel free to go though every post I have ever made and everytime you can show I am wrong I will throw £ 100 to whatever charity you nominate so long as you will match this everytime I can show that you are wrong. As for guaranting my advice I would suggest you ask your Lawyer if he does? Lol of course he doesn't and just as well given the mess some are now in following his advice. Given you are suggesting my posts are flawed and suggest I would never back my posts up I have today made two personal guarantees one to a registered member of this forum and the other to a browser. If you are proved right it will cost me 500,000 Euro that I can meet but would mean I would have to start working again. Lol I don't gamble and I certainly would never risk having to work again. Are you willing to put your money where your mouth is? I am. Best Loco |

Hi,
I am very new to this forum and am taking my time to read through the many posts. I must say I've found it really informative and helpful. I am in the process of buying a property at Albatros Golf - phase 2 due to be ready soon apparently. I'd be really interested in hearing from anyone and their experience of phase 1 or even 2. I am also visiting spain to see where everything is up to the weekend of the 11th October and would really like to meet up with anyone to get info, latest happenings, things I need to be aware of, etc, etc Sounds like shortly I'll be needing someone to do a snagging report for me. I've seen on the forum SB property Services and Pauline and Arthur Nolan recommended. If someone could mail me their details I would be very grateful. Or if there are further recommendations that would be great. I've got loads of other questions but I'm going to read through the posts first. Many thanks, Paulette I have sent you a PM with information and contact details for Arthur and Pauline; when we completed we were so happy to have received their recommendation. And they continue to manage our property when we are not there. Not sure if you can read PM's yet, you may have to post three times first. Good Luck  Alice. |

Congratulations. It must be hard to hear that all us who have completed are sitting on a big loss at the moment, especially a few days into the completion. Doesnt mean A) that we should ignore advice on the forum - because we dont like it B) that we dont then take independant advice on what we hear. Lots of clever folk here, but spanish companies going into administration is outside the experience of most people. This excellent forum should only be a 'springboard' for us to follow up things that are legal or complex, as opposed to say a nice curry recomendation that we can DIY. Recently there was a discussion that the big Local Lawyers were asking for a special payment to register the 'non-completion owners' with the administrators. I posted that maybe they werent just profiteering, and perhaps doing the right thing ... I suggested that all non-completers check with their lawyer as to what what they are doing. I think (HOPE) any non-completer should now have taken legal advice. I feel the local lawyers company were doing the right thing, perhaps asking too much dosh, but protecting their clients. I say this because a friend, well versed in business, recently went to CE and agreed that this was the right thing to do. Loco has always prefaced his advice with a statement to go and check with an expert. As far as the investment is concerned, Ive known for a long time that our property has lost a lot of value. I justify it as follows... so have almost all other investments in this bloody credit crunch. However instead of looking at a PC screen with red all over it and being stuck.... our other 'red investment' in CE is something that we can touch, use and enjoy living in. And we have a really good time enjoying our 'reduced value home' right now. We didnt buy to resell immediately, so werent 'playing the game' - we wanted a place to have fun .... and CE provides that - even in its incomplete state.. we love it there. Hopefully over time it will work out.... lets hope so... lets hope the markets also rebound... in the meantime whatever happens we can enjoy a good lifestyle in CE, Ayamonte, Portugal and suroundings.!! :):) If we see a recovery sometime in the future. in markets and property values, we're in the best of both worlds. Especially if we have a completed development with some sort of commercial centre and a hotel complete. Possibly even a Marina and airport? (Wow, personally I am not expecting it…… but a huge bonus). Looking forward to our next visit in fact..... Regards Jon |

The children at school are telling me often that the key words to being ecologically friendly are to "reduce", "reuse", and "recycle".;) Hopefully over time it will work out.... lets hope so... lets hope the markets also rebound... in the meantime whatever happens we can enjoy a good lifestyle in CE, Ayamonte, Portugal and suroundings.!! :):) If we see a recovery sometime in the future. in markets and property values, we're in the best of both worlds. Hi there, there are two 'Leptis' shops These are ferreterias and known as Suminstros Leptis. There is one in Ayamonte on the road which passes the marina. Go east and you will find Leptis just opposite the bus station on the left hand side dso you could come down past Mercadona and turn right on the dual carriage way. The shop is on the left. The second is in Lepe and on the 'ring' road going east on your left just after the traffic lights and near to the post office.
Good luck Steve |
