No. No offence, and I'm sure she's excellent and all that, but that just isn't my cup of tea. Will stay in Isla without a single 'guiri' in sight!!! (Just loads of bloody Sevillanos')

Has anyone arranged their own buildings and contents insurance? Our solicitor arranged ours last year and it is now up for renewal. Last year we paid 225 euros with Santa Lucia SA for a 2 bed apt. Does this sound fair??

Pretty good. I have to stump up over three times that but that's because it's a business premesis.
You could shop around but at less than €19 a month it seems fair to me.

check with your administration if you are on a comunity.we only need contents as the comunity insurance covers the buildings and the pool.I dont know it that is the case for all comunitys.
