All I can say on the subject, (from personal experience) is that once in the Canaries we were at a nudist beach (just passing through!) at the German end of the island. A very proud man strutted down the beach, stark bollock naked. We renamed the village Grand Todger from that point onwards. (And his knee was bruised)

I agree really. Unfortunately I have a german sister in law; my brother must be a traitor.

Bizarrely enough my only close contact with a German on holiday was in the Canaries too.... Tenerife, can't remember which beach but on the S coast, with small toddler in tow, I was letting him play with the stones in a stream of natural hot spring water running a few yards to the sea. Some belligerent chap got really stroppy with our littl'un & me so rather than have outright WW2.5 we let it go & withdrew......

It had a very profound effect on me!

I'm going to be honest now... if it weren't for MEN prowling around this thread (and they of course have every right too I hastily add), I would come clean and we could start a really interesting discussion on this topic instead of pussyfooting around! Let's face it, anything we say on here is recorded as subsequent ammunition in the future (your crimes come back to haunt you and all that, hey are we back to the poor old Germans again?!). I'd love to spill the beans and dish the dirt but this just isn't the place!

Hey, that's a good point, who was interviewed for this survey anyway? (Can't be bothered to read back and find the answer, sorry!) Everyone's, errrrr, how can I phrase this... style is different, so a submissive woman may appreciate a, errrrr, domineering man, or vice versa.

Don't know what sort of German men you girls may have shagged..but when it comes to women i can say they perform with a sense of abandon, intensity and with a lot of imagination....any lads wondering go for it ..well worth the effort..........

Now we're getting to the nitty gritty! I personally like South American men. That lovely toasted skin colour, those big brown eyes, that Latin romantic streak, that Latin temperament... (perhaps leading back to the Spanish being number one, they have spread their genes far...). I was going to say I am not into the cheesy, macho, jealous telenovela type obviously... , but then remembered that who you would marry and who you would sleep with are different arguments, so what's wrong with a bit of macho once in a while?!

Marrying your "best ever" lover is certainly a bonus... How many people really marry their best ever (and it continues to be the best ever, which isn't always the case!), and have all the other things alongside (financial security, equality at home, etc)? Angelina Jolie, perhaps, but in real life?
