Hola all,
I've heard that there is a number that can be called to report constant barking dogs....attached to the local police in someway I think....
Any ideas?
I work from home and have put up with it for months, but it is getting silly now, I don't want to speak to the owners as have heard that the last person to do so got their tyres slashed, it could have been a coincidence but I would prefer not to risk it and just to call anonymously instead...
