That's quite a tempting offer. Oh well...
I looked at the other link and found info on the resale bit about these villas near the Pueblo Andaluz:
http://www.costaesuri.co.uk/proddeta...prod=501&cat=8
If you click on the photo of what looks like a Google Map, you'll see the plan of the area surrounding the Pueblo Andaluz. There are 48 (?) villas plus what looks to be OPEN SPACES (for recreation? Hopefully, a tennis court or four?)
Game anyone?
Regards,
Carol

Hi Carol&John,
Interesting link particularly the use of latest Google Earth map.
I think you are out of luck the blanked areas are other individual villa plots probably sold to individuals separately before this particular developer moved in.
Regards,
John.

Oh well, the excitement was good whilst it lasted...
I'm not sure if it was indeed the latest Google Map; it looked a bit computer graphic to me (no pool in my manzana). However, on looking at it again, I see (a drawing!) of several different villa styles, plus a communal pool area in front of what are manzanas 3 and 6 of Pueblo Andaluz. Also, the villa plots vary in size; hence, allowing possibly a better view in between. I wonder what is to be built in the orange coloured areas?
We're going out to CE mid-October, so hope to see/meet some new faces & neighbours (fingers crossed!) Anyone spending Christmas/New Year at CE? Will it be roasted Swan on the menu this year? (see part I of the thread) LOL

Hi Carol&John,
You may be right it could be the previous edition of the google map but in any event it has been cleverly worked so that the detail is obscured by a sort of veil except where the new development is taking place.
The different Villa styles are shown on the homes & fincas site where a site plan shows the villas to be carefully staggered to allow the back row to view between the front row onto the course. Unfortunately this means that there will be little chance that the ground floor of Pueblo Andaluz having direct views of the course.
The blank orange plots will be individual villas to be built by their owners when they have got their building licence, they are all about 1000sq m in size so there are probably another 6 or 7 villas to be built.
Regards,
John.

I think we have a problem with the staggering of the villas PLUS the doubling of the number of properties making effectively a continuous blockage of views by the villas for the appartments.
What's disappointing is that (from the duplex downstairs terrace) if the roofs come up to a similar height, the only view we will get is via a line of sight that seems pretty horizontal. Meaning we see little or no golf course! Even a small downward angle/line of sight cuts off off a lot of view.
The top terrace off the main bedroom will have a line of sight that dips/goes in a downward direction, much better of course... But this villa third floor 'room' or 'staircase roof' will also get in the way.. double this as there are 2x the villas and the views are seriously compromised. From both terraces
As I say this is not a battle to fight - just a very big shame for me... I thought I was buying a view as well, of the bridge river and golf... I knew I would lose something with the villas, but having them doubled up, with these 3rd stories... and the photo evidence of them takes away a big feature for me.
I guess we could have hours of fun watching the villa owners skinny dipping in their pools!
Regards
Jon

Great photos of the golf course wonderful to see that it has greened up so quickly.
Thanks to all who gave advice re contacting Fadesa as we had not received any receipts. Their ears must have been burning as we received the first this morning!
Anyone going out to CS that has the time - can you please get some photos of Rago 1 - we at the back of the block - would be interested to see any progress as it may well be some time before we get out there.

Disappointed to hear there is going to be a mini casino alongside the Burger King in the commercial centre. Not into either of them - looking for more traditional services and facilities.

Hi carol Elizabeth,
I suspect it will be a slot machine arcade not a casino. We go to Spain to enjoy the local fare and very much enjoy tapas as our fast food so we will never eat in BK, if most others take the same view it will close quickly but it probably won't!
Regards,
John.

I think a slot machine arcade is even worse - echoes of the worst things about an English seaside!

Spot on John Vid Latinos is a franchise operation out of Malaga. They operate machines for games and chance. My understanding is the franchise at CE is still available for a shade less than 1M Euros.
As Ayamonte doesn't have a BK or Clown I can see the youth of Ayamonte making BK their local haunt and parading around on their mopeds!
Best
