The wooden floor on the tube train and the springy wobbly hold on handles
leaving my bedroom window open waiting for peter pan to fly in!
green and white pacers
a great big pyramid orange push up ice thing (or was that just a weird dream
)
doctor remus play kits when I was poorly
texan chewy bars ( I could chew on one of those for ages) and the one with all the peanuts stuck on the outside?
being able to disappear off down country paths on my bike for hours - wouldn't dream of letting my kids do that now . . .

On a Saturday morning we used to get in my mum and dads bed for a cuddle then Dad used to go down to make porridge, with evaporated milk and demerera sugar...yum!!! Then we'd sit in bed and eat it like the 4 bears!!

yep the pacers were minty.
My boys are addicted to the french bubblegum, malabar, they have the temp tatoos now, marvel comic characters at the mo. A real bugger to scrub off when they've got school . . . Even found my OH with one on his arm! They taste like the bazooka joes used to.

wot were those peanut bars called? I've been trying to remember for yonks, when watching 'Life on Mars' got us remembering stuff, like the scrunchy cellophane wrapper on the Lucozade bottles . . .

And what about Lucozade - had to be nearly dying to have that bought for me?

Cats cradle - string patterns woven through your fingers which a friend then hooped onto her own fingers and continued the pattern. Seems like an eternity since I did that.
